Company
Manage the Den, Bonds, Focus Trees, squad customization, Intel, Operations, and the people behind the company.
The Den is Zero Company's between-mission base. Use a repeatable pre-deployment routine for the Holotable, injuries, progression, equipment, recruitment, conversations, and facility upgrades.
Open field note →Bonds track the relationship between pairs of Operators. Shared activities and Calling for Backup can raise them; new Bond levels unlock Cross Training bonuses, with a special passive at the maximum level.
Open field note →The Focus Tree is the Operator progression screen at Personnel. Spend Focus Points to improve Talents, abilities, and passives; earn them mainly through stronger Bonds and as Tactical Mission rewards.
Open field note →Intel connects field missions to the strategy layer. Earn it through Tactical Missions and exploration, then spend it to launch Operations before those opportunities expire between Cycles.
Open field note →A standard Tactical Mission squad contains up to four Operators. Roster capacity starts at seven and can grow to twenty, mixing authored companions with custom recruits while Hawks remains required for story missions.
Open field note →The official SDCC 2026 announcement attributes the masculine Hawks option to Jonathan Freeman and the feminine Hawks option to Erica Luttrell. This page keeps the list narrow rather than guessing at unverified roles.
